- Build all the procedure for HR Dept:
- Training and development procedures (internal: company orientation & professional knowledge/ external training)
- Maintenance rules, regulation.. - Performance evaluation
- Monitoring and maintenance
- Evaluation system KPI and evaluate training results.
- Yearly recruitment planning
- Recruitment – interview and build up the talent development program
- Testing skill
- Man power planing
- Transition, promotion
- Training report analysis
Yêu cầu công việc
- A Bachelor Degree is required.
- Prefer Male
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Recruiting/Training sections.
- Good working knowledge of labor/employment regulations & HR practices & policies in Vietnam.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, networking.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
