The position of Recruitment Specialist is responsible in all aspects of recruitment including academic staffs & non academic staffs and provide major support in finding the most qualified candidates for job openings.

The role must ensure that all process and requirement in recruitment is delivered on the set target.

• Establish and post Job Advert.
• Prepare internal notice referral and post job adverts on job search websites.
• Assist in sourcing of resumes received in other job search websites.
• Coordinates with recruitment partners (Vietnamwoks, Jobstreet, Careerbuilder...) to tap qualified applicants as applicable.
• Pre-screen applicant to confirm resume details and conducts phone-interview based on the requirements of the Department Head and arranges interview schedule.
• Contact candidates employer reference for background check.
• Communicate with applicants by sending notifications and acknowledgement letters.
• Maintain internal resumes and those from adverts database for the company pooling.
• Communicate with applicants by sending notifications of Job Offer and thank you letters.
• Coordinates with the Recruitment Team Leader in ensuring that the Recruitment process is observed.
• Other duties as assigned
