Mô tả công việc
Provides the company and its subsidiaries with legal support at high level. Responsibilities:
- Revise and review all kinds of contracts, internal policies and other documents of the company to make sure it comply with Vietnam law and protect the company from risks.
- Give the consultancy for relating departments when requested.
- Update, research the related regulations and cooperate to handle the legal issue hereof accordingly.
- Control the legal compliance of the company.
- Assisting in legal issues for some projects of the company as assigned.
- Making legal reports as assigned.
- Represent Company and its subsidiaries in front of court for any lawsuit and other Governments organization for other issues

Yêu cầu công việc
- BA Degree in Law, Lawyer Practice Certificate is preferable.
- Solid knowledge of current business, civil, labour and other related areas of law and procedures.
- At least 2 year(s) experience working at the position of in-house legal assistant or associate in law firms).
- Good English at writing and presentation skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong problem solving skill, analytical thinking.
- Time and task management skills.
- Good organizational, research and secretarial skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office applications.
- Open-minded, dynamic, pro-active, well-groomed.
- Careful and service-minded character.
