- Update sale number (Daily, campaign).
- Update stock (Daily, campaign).
- Confirm orders on platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Sendo,…).
- Check Flash Sale (Slot, price, sold items).
- Export raw data.
- Follow and check price.
- Follow keywords search.
- Follow and check SIS layout.
- Follow, check and screenshot visibilities.
- Up feed on Lazada.
- Edit/Update description products and new image SKU (Short term).
- Update new products on platforms.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Work closely with platform (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo,...).
- Experience in customer service.
- Experience in customer retail.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits.
- Teamwork, communication.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Good at English.
