− To design, propose and oversee the Vietnam Aqua Business Unit marketing strategy in order to develop market share, optimize product positioning and profitability in accordance with the Group Marketing strategy.
− To support the sales policy with the aim of achieving the short-, medium- and long-term objectives.
− To monitor and oversee the activity’s profitability and budget to contribute to exceeding targets in terms of sales, margin and budgeted EBIT.
− To plan and organize marketing activities and support for effective sales campaigns.
− To manage the product portfolio and product life cycle to optimize market share and profitability.
− To contribute to strengthening the customer relationship and developing Virbac’s strong and distinctive image in its market.
− To ensure competitive intelligence and relevant, effective market/product analyses.
− To support Virbac Aqua team in South East Asia and regional distributors on Virbac’s products and services through Marketing campaign and advertising.
Yêu cầu công việc
− Bachelor or MBA.
− 5 years in marketing at various level in multinational companies.
− Operational/commercial experience in Aquaculture products.
− Knowledge of the Aquaculture markets and products.
− Ability to use financial analysis tools and techniques.
− Ability to use business intelligence tools.
− Analysis skills, Communication skills, Planning skills.
− Fluent English and office software.
− Teamwork, careful, creative, customer-oriented.
