Mô tả công việc

(1) Recruitment:

- Deliver full recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers,

- Provide support to managers in the recruitment

- Participate in the selection of staff

- Work closely with Line manager to manager and review, update staff Job description.

- Conduct new staff orientation on organization, and internal labor rules.

- Overall in charge of Training administration.

(2) HR Administration:

- Make sure that staff data/ information and dossier filing system are updated in accurate, confidential and timely manner;

- Prepare, produce HR reports and analysis periodically as per request;

- Manage timekeeping records, employees’ annual leave and others;

- Deliver payslip and explanation if any

- Follow up labor contract, notify the expiration of Labor contract.

- Following staff hiring and resignation process

- Coordinate to manage Social Insurance & explain to staff

- Manage Casual Worker Outsource

(3) Staff interaction

- Following up HR policy and procedure; assist HR Manager to administer discipline matters if any;

- Ensure good relation with the staff, give quick and proper answers to their concerns if any;

- Oversee performance appraisal, promotions, rewards actions.

(4) Other tasks:

- Report to HR Manager.

- Other tasks be assigned by HR Manager, General Director.

- Proficient in English

- Skilled in planning and develop long-term plans and programs and to evaluate work accomplishments.

- High sense of responsibility, positive work attitude.

- Excellent human problem solving skills

- Ability to develop relations with people

- Skilled in negotiation, communication, interpersonal and presentation.

- Have experience in Logistic Industry is preferred

- Good knowledge of Labour Law

- Working Place: Tân Cảng ICD Sóng Thần, khu phố Bình Đáng, P.Bình Hòa, TX.Thuận An, T.Bình Dương.
