Mô tả công việc

- Monthly salary:
+ Caculating monthly Salary and PIT.
+ Print out Payroll and distribute to employee.
+ Check and answer to employee all claim about Salary.
+ Send caculated Salary to Manager for checking.
+ Print out Salary table to submit to GD.
+ Salary Payment: Make a list, receive sign from GD, stamp.
+ Coppy to Floppy and hand over to accounting.
- Labour report:
+ Make employee monthly report and show related departments.
- Employee's department changing follow:
+ Follow up if having any person changing or being changed department.
- Follow up promotion & demotion control:
+ Follow and update the Skill Evaluation from other Department.
- Termination contract:
+ Prepare all the memo & letter of termination.
- Evaluation of employees:
+ Following up the employees should renew labour contract.
+ Making list of finishing labour contract for Manager's evaluation.
+ Evaluation & reviewing all performance of employees.
- Training standard:
+ Training company and regulation, orientation to new Employee.
+ Record training result and filling.
+ Transfer new employee to requested department after training.
- Trade union:
+ Establish trade union, make sure that trade union is always running according to regulation
- Working safety:
+ Prepare working safety record when necessary.
- Immigration:
+ Arrange Visa for foreigners when necessary
+ Arrange Visa & passport for Vietnamese if someone go aboard
+ Arrange work permit for foreigners when necessary
+ Arrange residence card for foreigners when necessary
- Fire Preventing & Fighting:
+ Make the fire fighting organization and organize a fire fighting training
+ Make the project of fire fighting and receive approval from fire fighting police
- Environment
+ Take care the cleaning of all places in the company, reminding to cleaning staff if necessary
+ Request the invironment checking periodically
+ Responsible for the wastes, scraps ( call for the person to receive the waste when necessary,sumarise, receive money, make invoice )
+ Request sanitation company to clearing the cesspool.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Requires strong oral and written communication skills. Requires skills in group/individual presentations. Computer literate. Requires leadership skills.
- Good Enlish.
