* Recruitment (60%)
· Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process while optimizing recruitment workflow, ensuring quick hiring turnaround
· Engage exceptional and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
· Selection of top talent from candidate pools, and make instinctive recruitment decisions backed up by interview process data
· Develop and implement sourcing strategies that create candidate pipelines and new hire for all vacancies
· Build and manage effective relationships with external stakeholders
* Partnering for Performance (Performance Management) (20%)
· Provide ongoing support to CEO to implement the Partnering for Performance for all staff, ensuring SMART goals set, quarterly check-ins, ongoing coaching and timely feedback are provided to employees
· Equip line managers with relevant skills to inspire high performance, support career development and address poor performance in a timely and professional manner.
* Training and Development (20%)
· Assess and identify competency gaps against competency frameworks for key roles.
· Provide coaching/ support and tools to line managers to conduct talent review, identify second liners for key roles, develop/ update their talent profiles, conduct career conversations and facilitate their career development.
· Support the CEO in developing and delivering learning and development activities that help close employee competency and skill gaps as identified in Individual Development Plans and talent profiles.
Yêu cầu công việc
* Knowledge and Experience
· At least 2-3 years in HR partnering role, have Human Resources Management experiences
· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
· Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
* Competencies
· Strong leadership, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Results and service-oriented with an eye for details
· Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
· HR team is lean, therefore incumbent must be a team player who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to deliver HR operations
