- Manage MT channel sales to achieve sales volume, push sales volume and market share

- Conduct Join Business Plan - Monthly Business Plan/ Quarterly Business Review or Annual Business Plan with Buyers to review sales performance and to ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution

- Drive excellent execution at account or store level by strong collaboration with Field Sales team

- Develop and implement sales processes and strategies for assigned customers to ensure achievement of goals.

- Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company within timeframe and budget under supervision of Key Account Manager

- Work closely with marketing team to achieve better marketing plan in term of sales development and providing overview of the products/ Brand performance in retail channel

- Liaise closely with customers for proper sales forecasting and manage reporting of sales and projected sales/ margin forecasts.

- Building good relationship with customers to maintain and develop the merchandising status according to the number of facing, eye level, cheapest rental position in order to boost the company product visibility.

- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution

- Co-ordinate with Accounting Department and review collection all due account receivables granted to customers, plan the collection of these accounts on due dates and reviews action plans for the immediate collection of all overdue accounts in order to protect the financial interests of the company.

- Undertake other tasks requested by Key Account Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Colledge/ University degree

- 4-5 years experience in FMCG business, prefer candidates have experience at the same position

- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills

- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English

- Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)

- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team

- Able to work under high pressure

- Leadership
