Mô tả công việc
- Monitors and evaluates overall system to ensure optimum performance (i.e., PABX, switches, routers and telco links).
- Performs scheduled software and hardware maintenance such as backing up data, conducting virus scans, and repairing PCs and other peripherals to prevent corrective problems in the system.
- Installs software and networks in offices and plants.
- Provides assistance to various departments in analyzing hardware issues and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Reports directly to the IT Technical Support Lead.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by IT management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate of any degree preferably in IT or business or completed technical certifications in the field of Information and Communication Technology
- At least 1-year experience working as helpdesk support or equivalent
- Network or computer hardware certifications is an advantage
- Good command of English
