Mô tả công việc
- Manage phone-calls and correspondences (mail, letter, packages, etc.)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers (if needed)
- Track employees working hours in office monthly and submit to HR at the end of every month;
- Assists sale engineers to prepare tender documents, preparing QC/QS of jobs
- Handle all payments of the office with HO.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Other tasks assigned by GM or HR from HO.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University/ college degree in business administration, English or similar
- At least 2 years of experiences in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Good communication and organizational skills.
