Recruiting:

  • Follow up the recruitment process: manage recruitment posts, screen CVs, ….in IT or Software Engineer positions.
  • Build up and maintaining good relationship with universities or suitable channels to support for recruiting activities and branding to attract qualified candidates
  • Build talent pool through activity on various channels and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Work with agency, headhunters for smooth recruitment.
  • Schedule the interview time.
  • Conduct staff on-boarding, orientation for new hired or off-boarding.

Admin:

  • Prepare all payment requests
  • Work with Bao Viet insurance about changing, contracts, papers and process
  • Manage stationery, company assets, IT equipment
  • Prepare budget for company activities (team building party, business trip, …)
  • Go to supermarket buying F&B for pantry monthly
  • Plan and manage estimated expense Budget at the beginning of each month

HR:

  • Build HR policies and procedures
  • Compose the documents about company’s statues and regulations (required from VN labor law)
  • Compose all required forms, documents, decisions and announcements for company organization under Vietnam law in both Vietnamese and English
  • Do the payroll and Social Contribution and PIT issues, TAX Department and Payslip .

Accounting:

  • Collect all invoices from external suppliers, store and classify all the invoices and documents for account tracking
  • Manage and record internal expenses on accounting software – Xero
  • Conduct the transfer manually for all payments (salary, office rent, telephone, internet, social contribution, trade union fee, tax, business trip expenses ....)
  • Make report of Office Expenses and Petty Cash
  • Translate all Accounting reports including the Journal, Ledger, Additional Balance Sheet, ....
  • Work on the process for official invoices between 2 Upskills (Principal Contract)
  • Review the service contracts with all suppliers, services and landlord
