*Reporting to : HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment (75%):
- Internal and external job posting.
- Manage candidate database
- Search CVs, screening interview, shortlist and coordinate with line manager for interview arrangement and feedback, interview assessments, reference check, offer, communication with candidates.
- On-boarding procedures: Co-ordinate with IT and Admin to prepare work station, working facilities for new staff. Plan and organize employee orientation program.
- Follow up probation evaluation.
- Monthly staff movement reports.
2. Other HR works (25%):
- Assist HRM to analyze training needs to design employee development, language training programs.
- Assist in implementing training plan, and monitoring it effectively.
- Assist in development of surveys, employee meetings and communication messages.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
- Assist in Company and staff events
Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in HR, Business Admin or any related HR qualifications.
- At least 2 years - experience in a similar role with foreign Company, preferable in manufacturing.
- Good communication, negotiation skills
- Organized and diligent
- Strong change management mindset
- Good command of English speaking & writing.
- Good computer skill (MS Office)
