Tuyển mới HR Specialist (2 Positions)

- Control headcount of manufacturing
- Understand about production process
- Assessment of manpower for each production position
- Analyze the situtation of human resource fluctutation
- Control labor cost, budgets and related ones in terms of HR management..
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of HR management such as headcount, labor cost, attrition, absenteeism, etc.
- Analyze and propose possible initiatives for compensation, benefits, retention, rewards and recognition to ensure the company’s competitive advantages of HR practice in the market.
- Coach staff under and manage ongoing relationships with internal employees to ensure they receive satisfactory support from HR members..
- Implement smoothly the company’s policies, regulations, processes, procedures. Propose for further completion of these areas when needed.
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Part Leader, HR Team Leader.
