Mô tả công việc
- Making visa for all company employees going on business and visa for foreigners to Vietnam.
- Booking tickets for all company employees going on business and support to book tickets for visitors when required.
- Making and sending the Visitor List to All Manager every week and prepare all facilities to welcome the visitors well (Shoes, access cards,…).
- Booking Hotel & transport for Visitors in and employees going on business abroad.
- Collect all stationery PRs from all Departments, sending to Purchasing Department to order. And implement to deliver to all Department to ensure to meet the production requirement on time.
- Booking to make business cards for all company Employees, and tax code card, envelope.
- Booking lunch for visitors, and co-ordinate the Event group to prepare for the events when have.
- Receiving and sending all couriers in and out company.
- Making payment requests relating to all contract implementation as Visa, Hotel, tickets, coffee,...
- Controlling the pantries facilities (Coffee, milk, tea, sugar,…) and make sure to have full equipment for Guest and Offices.
- Assisting HRM and HR Department in some tasks relating to HR when required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: University Degree (Or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 3 years experienced in same position in FDI manufacturing company.
- Competencies:
+ Proficiency in English.
+ Have good communication skill.
+ Be dedicated.
+ Have good knowledge on visa application.
+ Have good communication skill.
+ Have good problem solving skill.
+ Have good Document & Record control skill.
- Personality: Responsible, hard-working, good - looking appearance and tidy.
