  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Assist the organisations sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
  • Be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO/BoDs and internal departments.
  • Perform special projects as directed by the CEO/BoDs, including the review, research, summarization or analysis of information.
  • Assisting the CEO in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the CEO’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the CEO.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor's/ Master degree required (NEU, FTU, RMIT, HUST, VNU,…).
  • Fluent in English (7.0+ IELTS).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, agile mindset and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.
  • Excellent time-management, problem-solving skills and managing and ability to conduct research and interpret data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the Internet.
  • Open for junior candidates, and on-the-job training will be provided if you can demonstrate superb communication skills (Both listening and outgoing communications) and aptitude to learning quickly.
