We are looking for an Office Assistant working in Hanoi Office. Reporting to the Head of Hanoi Office, the Office Assistant’s role works on assisting Head of Hanoi Office in establishing and managing the Hanoi branch office, building relationships and handling clients’ requests. The role provides an opportunity for a qualified individual to develop their skills within Domicile Corporate Services and will work directly with clients.

Job Description
The Office Assistant assists with office administrative support for the Hanoi Branch and undertakes client needs, providing high quality service support for internal and external needs and ensuring all information provided to clients is of a high standard, accurate and professional, includes:
• Organize office and assist Head of Hanoi Office in daily-task, in ways that optimize procedures.
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues timely.
• Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings upon requests.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
• Support to lodge documents with Government Authorities.
• Assist to build up Hanoi market and business development.
• Support marketing team to prepare marketing publications, social media, web posting schedule and content
• Prepare engagement letters for clients based upon agreed proposals
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduate from Marketing/Business Administration (or relevant).
• 1 - year experience in Admin/Marketing
• Fluent in English - written competency is a must and verbal skills are highly valued (Client documents are mostly English and communication with clients is also generally in English).
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Solid Interpersonal Skills: being able to influence and guide clients and colleagues across a broad range of professional and personal needs.
• Highly Motivated: self-driven, with the ability to use their own initiative, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to solve problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Willing to learn.
