• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure the successfully for food supplement at MOH (food for health registration)
• Building strong relationship with VFA and MOH office in Ha Noi (Proof is required)

Task 1 (Nhiệm vụ 1) Specialists of Food supplement registration at MOH:

• Draft registration documents for functional foods at the request of their supervisors
• Search for professional documents to prove the use of ingredients
• Working and Building relationship with MOH officer for the successful of the application

Task 2 (Nhiệm vụ 2) Project delivery - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Legal research supporting Sale team
• Identifies legal and compliance issues relating to business transactions or operations and proposes pragmatic solutions
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Carry out the application for business license of Cekindo
• Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
