- Sales planning: setting up SMART target for sales team, contributing to company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing.
- Sales execution: the role will require ensure that the sales plan, events, activities… are well briefed to sales team, and will be completely & effectively executed in the field.
- Sales analysis: To perform sales analysis on monthly basis, ensuring both gaps and potentials are identified and proper action will be taken to maximize sales achievement.
- Team motivation: To ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree, Business Management major is preferable
- Minimum 2 years sales management experience, experience in sales retail is preferable.)
− Basic knowledge of financial services.
− Competencies: Sales, Leadership, Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication
− Computer skill: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
− Languages capability: English communication at basic level
