Reports To: HR manager or Vice Director
1. Participate in determining requirements, making recruitment plans in each period:
- Collect information, support annual recruitment planning
- Receive and support the departments to identify recruitment needs and recruitment criteria.
- Collect, make a list of recruitment criteria of the departments to submit for approval.
- Update HR planning to determine recruitment needs in each period.
- Build recruitment database and report to higher manager.
- Build a Recruitment brand through personal profile and information in the media.
2. Post recruitment advertisement on recruitment channels, receive suitable candidate profiles:
- Post recruitment advertisement, recruitment notice on recruitment channels.
- Receive candidate profiles.
- Check and request candidates to complete application documents: application letter, application form, resume, diploma ... Update candidate data.
- Share information about vacancies with candidates before interviews.
3. Screen candidate profiles and recommend suitable candidates:
- Screen candidates in accordance with criteria on knowledge, skills, capabilities ...
- Prepare reports, propose candidates as required.
4. Coordinate to carry out examination / interview, select candidates:
- Arrange the interview / examination schedule, inform the candidates and members participating in the interview / examination.
- Participate in interviewing candidates.
- Summarize the interview / examination results, propose suitable candidate.
- Send an invitation letter to successful candidate.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management / Labor Economics / Law / and related disciplines.
- At least 02 years of experience in recruitment, preferred candidates used to recruit Real Estate Construction positions.
- Knowledge of human resource administration system.
- Knowledge of human resource recruitment system in the organization.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, ...)
- Skills of interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Good skills of communication, presentation and negotiation.
- Independent working ability, good team work.
- Problem solving skills.
