* Formulate marketing and sales plan with suppliers and for business line; Direct, priority and manage sales’ team activities; Promote and sell the company’s products with the objective to achieve the profit margin and customer satisfaction within company strategies, suppliers’ standards and targets.

1. PLANNING

- Research and evaluate customers, products, markets, competitors; analyse and contribute to marketing and sales (order plan, market share, pricings) strategies together with suppliers; negotiate with supplier for support’s activities to deploy plans in Vietnam in order to ensure supplier’s targets set reasonably market and company resources

2. MARKETING

- Formulate marketing plan, lead and direct marketing activities, allocate works and monitor implementation activities; in order to develop brand awareness

3. SALES

- Formulate sales plan (product distribution, profit margin, target market segment, market coverage, manpower, bounded warehouse), develop pricing and credit policies; oversee sales activities; deal with key accounts on pricing and delivery terms; approve calculation sheet; support order administrations process; monitor and follow up A/R collection; in order to achieve sales and profit margin targets

4. DELIVERY

- Influence suppliers on delivery’s related issues, find solutions of alternative sources; Deal with regional office, plants, others distributors in the region of product’s delivery plan in order to process customer’s orders.

5. LOCAL PRODUCT SOURCING

- Request for local accessory suppliers, access and approve accessory package in order to ensure quality

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE and PRINCIPLE RELATIONSHIP

- Visit customer; build and maintain positive relationship with key accounts, sub-contractors and suppliers; handle disputes; in order to maintain and improve the customer relationships and get good commercial conditions from suppliers

7. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

- Develop work’s process, procedures and standard policies of business line; monitor implementation plans in order to improve department performance

8. STAFF MANAGEMENT

- Hire, coach and make career development plan for sales engineers; work allocation and manage team performance in order to improve staff’s competencies and efficiencies

9. OTHER

- Comply all company policies and process

- Other assignments by direct Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- University - Mechanic or Electrical is preferable

- At least 5 year experience

- Good understanding of Foreign trade law & regulations

- Good understanding of Tender law and regulations

- Good understanding of Mechanical/ Electrical technique

- Strong at problem solving

- Selling & Negotiation Skill

- Strong interpersonal skill

- Honest, self-motivated
