- Develop objectives for the call center’s day - to - day activities
- Develop and improve cold calling script effectively
- Collect and analyze call center statistics (sales rates, customer service metrics) to make amendment timely and apply for the team
- Coach and provide training to personnel to maintain high customer service standards
- Evaluate performance with key metrics
- Other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: over 25 - year - old
- Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in the same position/ Call center Supervision position
* SKILLS
- MS Office
- Fluent at English
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to solve problems and complaints from customers
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours.
