* Profession tasks
- Bridge the gap, exchange, correspond the information between Departments and the Chairman, and greet guests of the Chairman.
- Communicate the information of the Chairman to the Departments and receive responses vice versa.
- Collect the information, report assignment implementation of the Department to the Chairman and recommend solutions.
- Receive and check documentations, official correspondence, reports, and plans that received from the Departments before submitting to the Chairman for approval.
- Assist the Chairman in internal and public relations.
- Arrange, register the agenda, prepare the documentations, and tasks content for the Chairman.
- Manage and archive documentations (hard copy) of the Chairman.
- Collaborate with the Departments to be informed, prepare documentation, create announcement, invitation and organize the meetings under the Chairman requirements.
* General tasks
- Contribute to the development and implementation strategic plans and decisions of the Chairman to accomplish targets and performance of Loc Troi Group.
- Develop and maintain effective relations with stake holders in and out the Group and improve efficient strategic partners relations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduate from University, major in Economics, Foreign trade or relative ones.
- Have five (05) years experience in Secretary of the Chairman/ CEO in majored Groups.
- Achieve general knowledge in economics and society.
- Have deep domain knowledge in administration management
- Foreign language: English translation skills (toeic: 850/ ielts:7.0)
- Computer skills : level A
- Have efficient communication skills, analyzation skills, problem solving skills, time management skills, organization skills.
- Have logical and systematical thinking skills, reports writing and summarizing skills.
