  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • The Internship Program is part of the Company’s strategy in developing the partnerships between the Company, the University and the student, which will be a potential and valuable source for the local talent pipeline in Vietnam or overseas to support its business expansion in the market. It is also to offer learning opportunities outside the classroom for students, which will also enhance the students’ academic and career goals.
  • KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • This position is mainly responsible for supporting Marcom Team in creating the best brand experience; corporate & marketing communication and corporate social responsibility. Main duties are included, but not limited to:
  • Corporate Communications (30%)
  • Participate in the development of integrated corporate communications plan to promote Keppel Land’s brand
  • Develop content to support corporate communications plans
  • Write-up public relations/press materials such as press releases, newsletters, editorials, advertorials, press kits, speeches, presentations, and emcee scripts, etc. under the guidance/coaching of Line Manager.
  • Coordinate media inquiries and interview requests
  • Provide internal communications support when needed
  • Maintain and ensure that the Company’s owned media channels are up-to-date
  • Collate market trends/insights and competitors’ activities
  • Marketing Communications (30%)
  • Participate in the development of integrated marketing communications plans to support launches and sales of residential properties
  • Develop content to execute marketing communications plans, as well as for ad-hoc marketing materials under the guidance/coaching of Line Manager.
  • Provide communications support for launches and sales events by preparing emcee scripts, speeches, presentations, etc.
  • Coordinate the design of promotional materials for online & offline distribution
  • Collate market trends/insights and competitors’ activities
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (30%)
  • Coordinate with external agencies and internal & external volunteers to execute the CSR plans and organise CSR activities
  • Create content to support/promote the Company’s CSR initiatives
  • Leverage various online and offline channels to promote the Company’s CSR efforts & achievements
  • Ad-hoc support for other marketing/communication activities (10%)
  • Other marketing-related projects as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Vietnamese students (local or overseas)
  • 3rd or final year from recognised universities with related major in: Marketing and Communications, Advertising & Promotions
  • Minimum accumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • High interest in real estate development industry
  • Team work & can-do attitude
