Tuyển Training Sales Executive (Tiếng Anh, Ưu Tiên Tiếng Trung)

* Marketing and Development Plan
- Market research and update for training services.
- Preparation of marketing materials for training services.
- Digital marketing including Facebook Fan-page of SGS Academy
- Telemarketing to provide inputs for sales activities
- Involvement in marketing events to promote training services
* Develop Sales Database as a basis for sales activity
* Sales Activities
- Achievement of sales and profit targets as well as all relevant KPIs
- Building relationship with current clients, exploiting and encouraging training needs from them.
- Finding customers’ needs and expects to offer correct training solutions
- Focusing on Public training including Training schedule and successfully course operation as planned and budgeted.
- Monitoring customer’s payment with principle “No payment, no service”
- Building relationship with organizations, associations, universities, communities, etc… to sell and organize public training courses.
- Solving customer-related issues which may involve coordination with tutors, operations and other sales staff for the best customer services
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education and Knowledge: University or College Graduation, basic knowledge of business, knowledge of training service
- Language: English proficiency. Japanese/ Chinese is an advantage
- Experience: At least 2 years in sales of related products or services.
- Soft skills: Basic skills of Communication, Negotiation, Presentation, Writing, Coordination and Admin skills; Sales skills;
- Good computer using skills: proficiency of word, excel, power point, etc…
