Mô tả công việc
- Manage and arrange a meeting;
- Arrange schedule, accommodation and flight ticket for director business trip;
- Manager business expense and other business-related expenses;
- Implement, follow and report working progress and result of divisions according to meeting content;
- Translate for meeting and company’s documents as requested;
- Follow-up with documents that need attention, review, and signature;
- Other general administrative tasks as assigned by Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Knowledge of Business/ Economic/ Foreign/ Finance and Accounting.
- Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in English.
- Proficiency and professional in computer and administrative skills.
- Working experience: 02 years or more on Personal Assistant/ Secretary position
- High sense of responsibility and working attitude with honesty, high focus, flexibility and activeness
