Accountant Cum Admin
Mô tả công việc
* Accounting jobs:
- Preparing & checking payment docs & making bank & cash payment vouchers for admin expense
- Ask to submit the missing docs & filing docs
- Checking bank balance & update bank statement on excel file everyday
- Posting all Cash & Bank transactions into accounting software
- Check & reconcilation the Petty cash with Cashier, all bank account balances
- Monthly bank Statement summary reports for Internal purposes
- Supporting to Accountant 02 for checking the monthly input invoice list
- Non-deductible expenses list & copying docs
* Admin Jobs:
- Make payment request
- Hotel, flight ticket, car, golf booking
- Support for answering phones or receiving letters
- Others tasks will be discussed more in the interview
* Others/ Supervisor's assignments
Yêu cầu công việc
* Certificate:
- Education: Junior Student in Accounting or Finance & Banking
- Foreign language: English
- Computer skills: MS Office Certificate
* Skills/Abilities:
- Requires knowledge of general accounting principles and methods.
- Attention to details, high level of accuracy
- Skills in arranging time and planning to perform well assigned tasks
- Ability to use office equipments (fax machine, scanner, photocopier, computer….)
* Personal Attributes:
- Be honest and trustworthy
