1. Treasury Job Description:

A. Treasury Operation: (50%)

  • Prepare Payment List (manual and system payment);
  • Clear incoming and payment all bank accounts Check and upload data Online Transactions in system;
  • Work with Bank to check pending inward or outward;
  • Support Store in checking the cash in/cash out daily;
  • Check Online sales and clearing incoming payment from Online;
  • Manage discount, transfer, credit card.

B. Treasury Report: (15%)

  • Gift card reconciliation report;
  • Support for month-end closing;
  • Support for Quarterly audit review in auditing bank balance accounts.

C. Ad-hoc tasks: (30%)

  • Send audit confirmations for all banks and support external auditor in auditing bank balance accounts;
  • Support our banks on confirmation the year ended bank balances;
  • Create vendors code for stores and HO team to post expenses ;
  • Notify to bank (cash collection service and small note exchange);
  • Open cheque account for store to withdraw expenses;
  • Update the new authorized person/new Director/New SM with the bank for cheque account.

D. Others: (5%)

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Director all relating issues in the job in charge daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

2. Payable Job Description

A. Accounting: (90%)

  • Review invoices and check requests;
  • Sort, match and set invoices up for payment;
  • Prepare and process accountant payable checks, wire transfers and ACH payments;
  • Reconciliation of payment;
  • Prepare analysis of accounts;
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date;
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies;
  • Vendor file maintenance;
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries;
  • Produce monthly reports;
  • Assist in month end closing.

B. Othes: (10%)

  • Preparing weekly & monthly and other reports (as requested) on job assigned to the Accounting Senior Manager;
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Auditing, Banking or Finance (ACCA preferred);
  • 1 – 3 year working experience in Accountant, Internal/ External Audit, Finance, Banking (International Payments) or similar (Newly graduated is acceptable)
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills;
  • Advanced Ms. Office (Excel, PPT), SAP Experience preferred;
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English or Korean;
  • Team work, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented;
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • The flexibility and independence to work in a changing environment.
