Mô tả công việc

* Control Stationery.
- Check and revise stationery requests from Locations, Division. Order stationery and follow-up the delivery.
- Make the payment request.
* Expenditures Payment.
- Check bills and make the payment for express cost of company.
- Check bills and make payment for the following expenses: electricity & water, telephone, internet, ADSL, VDC, Office rental, Apartment rental, newspaper, cars rental, others expense, ect.
- Make Taxi fee payment every month.
- Manage and maintain photocopy machine, fax machine & printer of H.O and Branches: buy new toner, refill toner, ect and make payment.
- Manage parking register of H.O and Branches: register & cancel of motorbike & car, then make payment every month.
* Receptionist.
- Receive and transfer telephone calls / take messages / welcome guest and conduct guest in contacting with right person in charge / control and manage fax in and out / document in and out for all Division in company and make sure that all document be signed by receivers.
- Reservation meeting room.
- Supervise suppliers and contractors come to office.
- Booking airplane & hotel for employee when receiving requirement.
* Other tasks assigned by Head of General Affairs and back-up for General Affair member.
- Making report as regulated and requested.
- Other tasks assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from College, University majoring in foreign language, foreign trade.
- Good communication skill and teamwork skill.
- Skillful in using computer.
- Proficient in English.
- With experience in Admin, secretary.
- Amiable and friendly with everybody.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Able to working under high pressure.
