Administrator (English - 1 year-experienced required)

• General clerk and or administration duties to support the Section Administrator including but not limited to Preparing reports, certificates or non-negotiable reports and pass to Section Manager for checking before approval by Division Manager.
• Send approved, final reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties as approved by Section Manager.
• Continuous updating and filing of documents in Inspection Files including File Management Checklist and W/O book.
• Support the I&E-HSE services Section Administration and Division Manager with other duties as directed by the Section Manager and or Division Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
• College or Bachelor Degree of Business/Finance/Commerce/Engineer or related disciplines.
• Fluent English (TOEIC 600 or equivelent as minimum).
• Fresh-graduate or preferrable 01 year experience in similar roles.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad and Web searching
• Patience, client-oriented, and commercial awareness. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Good at interpersonal skill.
• Good communication skill (both writing and speaking).
