- Go to market and effectively acquire new sources of traffics from affiliates and publishers. Onboard and Walk them through the process of getting started (technical integration, information related to products, program or payouts) and quickly embark on operation.
- Managing effectively matrics of various products versus affiliates to meet KPIs on volume and sales daily, weekly, monthly.
- Continuously check buyout rate and market rate to adjust payout per partner and track profitability of affiliates campaigns to tweak and negotiate with affiliates to maximize it.
- Building rapport and daily maintaining an effective 2 way communication channel with existing affiliates to discuss adjustments or updates on volume, payout, products, capacity or other support needed to avoid any hiccups in operation. Grow and maximize sales across all products.
- Engage in new marketing campaigns preparation by working closely with related teams such as sales team to design promotion programs, contests, sales strategy that enhance significantly customer acquisition in order to boost sales within approved budget. Working with inhouse marketing on preparing creatives, infrastructures such as banners, landings and pre-landings from multiple approaches and angels and make evaluation on success.
- Liaise with Product team to research, develop, and launch new products. Responds to company initiatives by driving new products to meet customer needs.
- Define general rules, internal processes and reports in order to facilitate flexibility and easy track and share results of each account manager across different countries ( for examples: min and max payout rates for different models such as CPA, CPL, CPS..., exclusivity offers…and supervise ea)
- Identifying and reviewing affiliate results and potential, leveraging data to analyze and optimize programs, implementing ongoing improvements
- Overseeing legal, financial, and administrative needs associated with the affiliate program

Yêu cầu công việc

- Prefer to have experience interacting with publicers in Digital Marketing, specially Marketing agencies;
- Must be good in English and prefer to know Russian language. Open for Expat
- Sales oriented and strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs;
- Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs;
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and possess leadership skills.
- Ability to invent and simplify process.
- Ability to think and react in a fast paced, data-driven environment
- Position will be based in Ho chi minh city, occasionally business trips to SEA countries;
- Ready to work online in diffierent time zone
