A. Account payable:
- Receive, checking and record all vouchers related to purchase by bank transfers and cash
- Review list of payment received from other departments and send list to accounting manager
- Prepare on time the supporting documents to process the payment list
- Review double payment before processing the bank remittance
- Prepare the cash payment plan, account movement to make sure that the payment will be proceeded on due and control exactly
+ Contact and communicate to suppliers for contracts, invoices, supporting documents and payment (if any)
+ Monthly report on vendors
- Monthly report on Aging balance for local suppliers and rental agreement follow up and update it to website.
- Suppliers report and confirmation letter for audit purpose
B. Inventory:
- Collect weekly inventory reports from all shopkeepers
- Review and reconcile inventory stock weekly
- Participate stock-take at the end of each year and upon requested
- Recognize journal vouchers related to inventory
- Secure that all transactions on stock will be recorded on time and exactly on the accounting system
- Coordinate with site teams and purchasing department to control inventory flow on the customized way
- Make DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding) report
- Make monthly inventory breakdown report
C. Others:
- Supporting accounting team for other works such as: Filling and arrangement of accounting vouchers, scanning invoices and contracts…
- Other works upon requested

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Accounting.
- From 3 - 5 year experiences, as Inventory accountant in construction company is preferable.
- Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, knowledge in Accounting software is an advantage.
- Good writing skills and conversational ability in English.
- Personal Competencies:

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Creative skill to create improvements in field of personal works and Department works.
