Mô tả công việc

* Execution Control
- Investigate and evaluate the compliance of the company’s rules and policies
- Investigate and evaluate the quality of the information, data, reports,... from all departments
- Investigate the document cases that contain remarkable risks (with the sign of fraud or policies breaking)
- Report quality control results and the other relevant issues to the CEO regularly or immediately in case of emergency
- Control the activities risks of all departments
- Analyze and evaluate the risks of the company’s services and processes
- Investigate and evaluate the quality and dignity of all departments in the contribution to the company’s goals and strategies
- Collaborate in developing the risk management process and system
- Report investigation results and risks managements and evaluations for the CEO regularly and immediately in case of emergency
* Process and Policies Control
- Participate in the investigating, consulting and supporting all departments in improving their process and policies
- Report the process and policies control results to the CEO regularly and immediately in case of emergency
- Re-evaluate and control the improvement activities execution by the CEO’s demands
* Risk management control (in case of happening)
- Strictly follow all of the government’s law and the school’s policies while doing your jobs

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor or Associate degrees in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing,
Finance, and Banking
- English proficiency (listening – speaking – reading – writing)
- Good in analyzing and handling information
- Good communication skills
- At least 5 years of experiences in internal quality control/internal system and KPIs control
