- Do monthly timesheet for staffs.
- Responsible for works of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, PIT, Trade Union, Labor Dept,PVI…
- Manage probation confirmation process, renewal Labor contract, transferring & Resignation for staffs
- Upload related data (new-hire, resignation, transferring, org. restructure) to HR systems timely & accuracy.
- Manage employee documents (employee profile, salary paperwork…)
- PIT follow up: PIT code, independence register, PIT declaration
- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-year experience in C&B
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- Good at communication with others.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and careful.
- Good sense about figures and calculation.
- Microsoft office is required
