Purpose to hire:

  • Supervise outsourcing payroll vendor to ensure payroll expenses and taxes are paid correctly and on time.
  • Ensure payroll process is done properly, all employees are paid accurately and on time & reports to government are complied with the law
  • Ensure 100% payroll compliance with C&B policies, payroll process, Law guideline and existing practice

Main responsibilities:

  • Check and be responsible for compensation / payroll / business warehouse data of reports and make sure the delivery in time for all of involved documents / data to Finance – Accounting department
  • Prepare all payroll reports and monthly in time deliver to involve people and progress for all tasks are operating smoothly.
  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employee’s profile as required
  • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  • Acts as a liaison to internal and external partners (e.g. Tax Manager, social insurance, tax advisers and tax authorities).
  • Annual process monitoring, benchmarking, and submit data to Mercer
  • Support Budget planning in personnel cost
  • Make sure all employee has labor contract updates / termination employment decision / final payment / and insurance package attached.
  • Handle other tasks and projects and responsibilities as assigned by HR Manager
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her supervisor that are essentially related to his/her duties.

  • Major subject: Business Administration or related background
  • Business English is required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3 years’ in payroll and C&B experience in MNC
  • Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Good memo composition and editing skills
  • Experienced with various office computer programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with software etc.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented, Forward-thinking & insightful & persuasive, good negotiation skills and rapport attitude, especially honed people skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instructions and standardized practices
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, and maintain composure under pressure
  • Good in communication skill
