Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and delivery of compensation & Benefits programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent.
- Partner with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design and implement compensation, benefits and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results.
- Make implementation of HRIS successful
Main Activities
- Well control all C&B activities in term of payroll, labor contracts, policies and benefits, timesheets, internal & external labor reports etc.
- Performs labor issues or disciplinary process if any violation of company regulation or requirements
- Leads the roll out, communication and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
- Together with HR team: Handle employer branding initiatives
- Other duties are assigned HR Manager.

- Cultural skills – understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes
- Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficient in major software especially Microsoft Excel. Attention to details.
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written)
- Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements
- Supervisory/ Management Responsibility
- External or internal consulting role
- Possesses solid knowledge in multiple aspects of compensation, Tax, Social Insurance policy
- Strong Negotiation skills
- 2 years experience or more for similar role at medium company size
