'Be responsibility for reports to Director. The scope includes but is not limited to:
1-HR
- Manage all HR functions (HR organization chart, recruitment, compensation & benefits, policies, BSC, KPIs, 3Ps & performance appraisal, training development)
- Review, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention
- Ensure all HR procedures related to performance management, recruitment, internal transfer/ promotion, termination, etc… are implemented properly & professionally.
- Build up orientation training program and other training courses for HR development
- Liaise with people of all levels and the maturity to build strong relationships
- Build up and maintain Company culture and good working environment for all employees
- Develop HR reports as required for BOD
2-Admin
- Oversee service delivery and the day-to-day operations of administrative transactional processes including staff and non-staff human resources servicing, travel operations, stationery management and administration, handling of visitors, vendor management, and fixed assets.
- Be responsible for planning & implementation of all company events and staff welfare activities to promote professional & good working environment for employees such as team building, year end party, periodic health check, monthly birthday party, Employee Award.
- Develop the internal communication channel as news, email and events to transmit company's policies và information to employees.
3-OTHERS:
- Support sales department to apply for import license: company's document providing, subit online and follow the process of Ministry of Health.
- Support for tender department.
- Contact to suppliers and partners.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
EDUCATION: Bachelor major in HR Management or Business Administration
EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of relevant experience
SKILLS:
- Fluent English all 4 skills
- Excellent knowledge of HR regulation & Vietnam Labor Law
- Proficient at planning, analysis, summary and making report.
- Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities
- Able to assign, mentor and evaluate.
