Mô tả công việc
- Translating and Interpreting (English into Vietnamese and vice versa)
- In charge of company transportation, cleaning, security and canteen;
- Controlling and managing company's facilities.
- Maintaining the filing system of the company as well as of the department;
- Assisting in making the payment requests, purchase requisitions;
- Controlling office equipment, stationery;
- Contacting with local authorities;
- Assisting HR section in HR activities such as recruiting, training,..
- Details will be discussed more in the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
- FLUENT ENGLISH, both Speaking and Writing.
- Graduate form University with Major as: Human Resources, Business Administration or other equivalent majors
- At least 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in equivalent position at foreign companies
- Goods communication skills and handle situation
- Computer skill: words, excel, power point
