* Recruitment : 60%
- Search and collect CVs and make potential candidate shortlist
- Contact candidates and arrange interview rounds
- Manage offer letter and probation contract
- Collect feedback for probation evaluation
- Make report of recruitment situation in Hanoi
- Manage candidate data 
* Admin: 20%
- Manage stationery and item for SSC Hanoi and new stores
- Manage input – output situation of uniform and report if requested
- Prepare payment document in transfer
- Organize and be contact point to organize course of Fire Prevention for store staff
- Organize and be contact point to obtain Food Safety Knowledge certificate for store staff
- Prepare temporary and official staff card 
* Training: 10%
- Support arranging and preparing training courses 
* C-B: 10%
- Support to manage employee profiles to ensure all profiles in standard form.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good performance under pressure and changing frequently 
- Willing to learn and make better 
- Persistence and enthusiasm
- Good interaction in Vietnamese writing and verbal
- Be able to use English (writing and speaking) for email, report, daily communication for basic tasks. 
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development
- Advantage if candidate have knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement.
