1. Plan and sale manage on E-commerce.
2. Supervise channel development on E-commerce and smooth coordination with network management and sales team and other services department.
3. Responsible for content, imagine, product layout, sales price and programs, homogeneity with offline – online channel.
4. Track metrics such as revenue, cost, applying results forecasting tools to boost sales or optimize investment resource.
5. E-commerce sales analysis, customer service, and collection of market conditions.
6. Responsible for P&L as well as managing given budget.
7. Forecast, measure and report key e-commerce metrics including: number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc...
8. Work with content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion plans.
9. Timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various marketplaces.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Atleast 3 years experiences in operation in E-commerce.
2. Understand E-commerce system activities.
3. Strong understanding of E-Commerce (Trading, merchandising, UX, CRO, SEO).
4. Proficiency with E-Commerce CMS platform, Google Analytics, AdWords and MS Office.
5. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
6. Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience.
7. Undergraduate degree required.
