- Create and implement effectively recruitment plan monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Advertise job openings and source potential candidates on careers pages, job boards and social networks.
- Screen, interview and qualify the right candidates for the right positions.
- Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and to meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Build up and manage internal & external candidate database effectively.
- Prepare onboarding programs for newcomers as well as internal training course for employees.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduates majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or relevant fields, preferably from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University,…
- At least 01 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales,…
- Excellent English skills: equivalent to 6.5 IELTS minimum.
- Strong sense of integrity and responsibility, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work actively and independently, result-oriented.
