Mô tả công việc

- Communicating with Divisions and Branches to ensure recruitment timely and integrate with hiring plan;
- Preparing the administration & recruitment activities such as CV management, advertisement, short list CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interview, and preparing interview documents and others follow-up actions until the recruitment process is completed (candidate being rejected or employed);
- Conducting new staff orientation program;
- Organizing database & maintaining candidate inventory for HR recruitment such as CV & interview result;
- Other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduate from University;
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment or HR field;
- Fluent in English, basic Korean is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to multitask.
