Mô tả công việc

This role is responsible for handling labor discipline & review related processes & regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

Handling labor discipline cases from end to end: receiving records, evaluating, making reports and submitting to Superiors for handling plans and organizing disciplinary actions, participate in handling labor discipline from end to end
Review and update current processes and regulations related to C&B under the guides of the line manager
Update Organization chart of the company (If any)
Other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Law, Human Resources…)
2-3+ years of experience in the role of Handling Labor discipline
Demonstrated ability to work independently to provide solutions and consultation for stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and good in writing skills both in English and Vietnamese
Proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
