Customer Service Executive (Chinese)

- Assist Sales Department in transaction such as document preparing
- (S/O, I/O, D/O, samples)
- Keep track of orders/delivery status.
- Record sales values & volume periodically..
- Handle customers’ feedback.
- Observe customer’s payment & credit. Coordinate to Accounting Dept and Logistic.
- Coordinate to other IC in term of selling prices & market updates.
- Direct report to Customer Service Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidate must graduate at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration/ Management / Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales (prefer Garment/ Textile/Plastic/Hanger)
- Candidates must be resourceful, committed and result oriented with good knowledge of the target market.
- Willing to travel when necessary
- Required language(s): English, Chinese are fluent
- Only receive CV in English.
