· Manage the recruitment of Japanese, EU, EM markets
· Plan and implement the global recruitment plan
· Build-up HR global network and candidate resources
· Keep in touch & make relationship with global head hunter parties (Japan, EU, EM)
· Source and arrange interview schedule

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Management, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or related fields).
• At least 3 years’ working experience in recruitment, preferably from headhunting companies or big-sized foreign-owned companies.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Communication in Japanese is a great advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress.
2. Competencies
- Experience of how to build-up relationship and network with partner.
- High aptitude for research and analysis.
- Integrity.
