HR Manager (Newly Built Factory in Dong Nai)

1. Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer's code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group.
2. Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.
3. Responsible for talent acquisition
- Ensure recruitment plan to be made and implemented on a timely basis as requirement for human resources of the Company.
- Ensure recruitment process to be implemented as regulation of the Company and relevant Law to meet qualified candidates in a timely manner.
- Establish and develop recruitment channels to ensure qualified and available pool of candidates for the Company.
- Build and develop work relationship with organizations such as Universities, Colleges, Vocational Schools, Job Centers, etc. for talent acquisition.
- Establish, develop and maintain good relationship and cooperation with recruitment agencies/ services providers to meet needs of human resources for the Company.
- Build and develop channels for employer branding as regulation of the Company.
4. Responsible for training & development
- Ensure training plan (internal & external) to be made and implemented on a yearly basis as requirement of actual works, budget and human resources development of the Company.
- Build and develop training & development policy to ensure employees to be trained for relevant skills as requirement accordingly.
- Establish and develop necessary training courses for succession planning to ensure core human resource for Company’s development.
- Train, coach and develop subordinates for their career paths development within HR Department
5. Responsible for compensation & benefit
- Establish, develop and update compensation and benefit policy to ensure it is suitable to Company’s business and competitive on labor market.
- Ensure payroll and relevant benefits to be implemented accurately and in a timely manner every month as regulation of the Company and relevant Law.
- Cooperate with relevant parties for annual compensation & benefit survey (if any).
6. Responsible for performance management
- Establish, maintain and improve evaluation (KPI) policy to ensure employees are set with targets and fairly evaluated on a timely basis.
- Set up evaluation standards (KPI, skills, projects, …) for all employees.
- Propose and establish benefit policy basing on annual performance result for employee motivation.
7. Responsible for organizational development
- Check and update job titles/ job positions whenever there is change.
- Create and update job descriptions of all position within the Company.
- Control and update organization chart when there is change of personnel, positions, etc.
8. Responsible for employee relation
- Cooperate with Board of Directors and Executive Board of Trade Union to build relevant policies for employee relation.
- Ensure discipline cases to be implemented as regulation of the Company and Labor Codes.
- Cooperate with Executive Board of Trade Union to organize quarterly Dialogues at workplace and annual Employee Conference as the regulation.
9. HR strategy & policy
Establish, maintain and update relevant HR strategy & policy to ensure that it is in compliance with the Company business & regulations and relevant Laws.
10. Responsible for compliance
- Make sure that all relevant works are in compliance with the relevant regulations.
- Be responsible for annual audit results from third party.
- Update latest regulations or changes of relevant Laws and advise Board of Directors accordingly.
11. Local authority relation
- Work and communicate with the local Authorities and Government in Dong Nai Province.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, English or relevant fields.
- Advanced training courses in HR management.
- At least 05 years of experience in the relevant position.
- Experience with audits/ verifications (ISO, Higg SLCP, FEM, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in mass recruitment and setting up HR system for new Factory is a plus.
- Working experience in industry of manufacturing, footwears, plastics, etc. is a plus.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labor law.
- Good English in both written and verbal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Working Location: Dong Nai Province (newly built factory of framas Group)
- Training Location: framas Korea Vina - Long Thanh Industrial Park, Long Thanh, Dong Nai
