*** Recruitment (50%)
- Receive and follow the manpower recruitment requests from all departments
- Screen, select and make interview schedules as well as announce for interviewers
- Manage the building up of an effective recruitment system and employer branding activities including:
Candidates’ database system, Recruitment website and online channels,..
- Support the implementation of employer branding activities, including:
Job fairs, HR branding campaign at colleges, universities, online advertisement..
- Process and follow all procedure: appointment for interview, reference check, make the offer for candidate and support information for candidate to prepare document for the first day working
- Implement onboard orientation, prepare all working station needed for new staff and all related issues during staff’s probation period
*** Training (30%)
- Work departments to define training needs analysis (TNA) and conduct training courses or find and arrange internal/ external training.
- Review and monitor the effectiveness of the training course
- Work with departments to design trainings for employees such as: orientation training, product knowledge, soft skills.
*** Other task (20%)
- Coordinate and arrange all internal events for employees including Year-end party/trip, teambuilding, sport day, monthly birthday, campaign.
- Update and draft company policies, procedures, organization chart, Job descriptions, …
- Maintain and follow up performance appraisal, have good knowledge of KPI
- Making daily, weekly and monthly report
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 03 years of experiences in the same role or HR Specialist, prefer working in factory or trading organization.
- Good experience in Training
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Active, hard-working,
- Must be proficient in Words, Microsoft Excel, Power Point
