1. Training

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
  • Build annual training programs and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Deliver training courses.
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

2. Recruitment

  • Search, propose and work with recruitment service providers to post vacancies, ensuring efficiency and cost savings.
  • Search candidate profiles for assigned vacancies.
  • Support searching for candidate profiles or posting recruitment information to support company units as required.
  • Arrange interview schedules, participate in interviews for assigned positions, provide information and interview results to candidates, and negotiate with selected.
  • Promote recruitment procedures according to company procedures.
  • Implement procedures to arrange for new employees to accept jobs.
  • Check and ensure that the forms in the unit's recruitment process are followed in accordance with company regulations.
  • Carry out monthly,mid-year,year-end,emergency recruitment reports as required.
Yêu cầu công việc

1. Experience: 1 to 3 years related working experiences as Training & recruitment officer or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, open-mindedness and flexibility
  • Powerful writing, editing and oral communication skills both in Vietnamese and English
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bachelor or equivalent professional qualification

3. Other

  • Good skills at Microsoft office, especially Power point and Excel
  • Have working experience in international environment
