Job Purpose: HR Officer will support HR Business Partner in all HR functions: talent acquisition; employee relations; policy interpretation and application; who also mainly spend 60% of your time to find the best suitable talents for the vacancies of in-charge functions.

KEY ACTIVITIES

1. Recruitment:

  • Analyse & verify recruitment requirement with Line Manager.
  • Handle the recruitment process: posting job & screening applications; searching candidates; short-list on phone; arrange interview; interviewing.

2. On-boarding:

  • Prepare salary proposal & offer/ probation contract.
  • Prepare relevant things (inform other depts, prepare announcement, input in HRIS, arrange on-boarding program for newcomer).
  • Welcome newcomer, collect employee profile, scanning, filling and send to factory.
  • Follow up Probation & prepare Labor contract.
  • Catchup sometimes & support timely.

3. Employee Relations/C&B:

  • Handle Attendance Time Sheet monthly.
  • To be in charge of Compulsory Insurance (HI, SI, UI).
  • Renew labor contract process (tracking, send Line Manager email, follow up, prepare/print contract, get signatures from GD & Employee).
  • Benefits standardization.
  • Support Employee if they meet any problems with HR systems (HRIS, PMS, MyFeed).
  • Welfare (giving birth, wedding, funeral, …) for Employee (update situation, ask document & prepare payment).
  • Resignation process: receive letter, exit interview, update system, inform the relevant depts.
  • Solve discipline case if any.
  • Welcome, listen sharing from Employee whenever they need and find the way to support them solve their problems.

4. Support Organizational Development:

  • Support on restructuring organization if any (meeting, JD revising, announcement, change data in system).
  • Support L&D relevant activities.
  • Find out training need and input for HRBP.

5.Other:

  • HR initiatives /Projects.
  • JD standardization.
  • HR monthly meeting.

KEY RESULTS:

  • Recruit on time in full for staff functions.
  • Ensure new employee to be supported and get well with team & company.
  • Ensure the most proper implementation of the policies, procedures.
  • OD activities are well organized.
  • Take part in actively and complete the task as assigned well.

KEY CONTACTS:

  • Line Manager(s).
  • Employees of all functions.
  • Recruitment service providers.
  • Universities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field.

Experience:

  • Min 2 years of HR experience with Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/ HR Business Partner.

Competencies:

  • Knowledge about Recruitment Process, Labor Law, Employee Relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Social Media Channels (Facebook, LinkekIn), preferred with HRIS experience.
  • Analytical-thinking, Agile, High Adaptability.
  • Good multi-task, Time Management, Problem-solving & Communication Skills.

Language(s):

  • Excellent command of English.

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to learn and able to work under high pressure.
