KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To enhance corporate culture and operational development, partnering with assigned
Department to provide HR consultancy and solutions aligning with business/department strategy and objectives, while ensuring consistency toward HR strategy and framework.
1. Employee relations:
● Cooperating with each department head’s project head’s, support employees to build
their career and arrange position mutually satisfied.
● Ensure certain workplace standards are met, and employee concerns and requests are
addressed.
● Support and consult Department management to make sure the compliance with rules
and regulations.
2. On-boarding & Culture development
a/ Conduct initial on-boarding to guide new employees to understand
- IBL activity, IBL’s history, projects, achievement
- Structure and communication, organization structure & communication line, Key persons
- Policies & internal regulations, each policy, security, reference and communication line when they have question.
b/ Cooperating with management team(MT) and leaders,
- build good policy, internal regulation and handbook to enhance corporate activities.
- build culture/leadership guideline.
- Internal procedure and policy/handbook development and maintain reference for all staffs.
3. Contribute to business strategy of company (each business unit & department):
a/ Cooperating with each leaders and department heads, guide them to set
- performance management (Objective setting, Performance Appraisal, Performance Improvement Plan)
- Organizational development (organization structure, talent management, employee engagement, culture/standard behaviors…)
- Organize workforce administration (Labor contract, global mobility, employee status change, termination, salary/bonus, PIT, SHUI, reporting, compliance & disciplinary…)
b/ Arrangement
- Conduct workshop/pre-explanation to leaders changes and new policy/internal regulation preventing from confusion.
- Conduct announcement and workshop to all employees to notice get IBL staffs understand the same and no confusion.
c/ Auditing execution
- Check all projects and departments to make sure they follow policies, internal regulations and its changes.
- Advise BU/department’s head to coaching team when to identify some mistake or failure.
d/ Improving practice
- Assess and anticipate HR needs when there are organizational changes and give input, drive and support effective staffing to meet business requirements from time to time.
4. Deliver HR products and services:
● Maintain organization structure.
- Cooperating with MT and TM, consolidate a chart, staff list and recruitment request to maintain up-to-date organization structure.
● Maintain and operate HR management system.
● Measure the effectiveness of HR products and services applied to designated Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Expertise
● Experience of HRBP more than 3 years or equivalent knowledge/expertise.
● Understanding of current HR legislation, policies and practices in Vietnam.
● Business and commercial understanding about IT industry.
● Good understanding of overall end-to-end HR activities.
2. Other job literacy
● Native or equivalent to native English and Vietnamese and motivation to improve it.
● Excellent command of using Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (and/or Google
tools).
● Process, arrangement and Coordination skill.
